We call our interpretation of Southwestern cuisine 'Food From The Sun'. Borrowing from the heritage of Anglo, Native American and Mexican cooking, we offer fresh and light dishes that explore the bold and exciting flavors of the American Southwest. The Chef fire-roasts Chiles and vegetables daily for our sauces and salsas and our desserts are made each morning to ensure freshness. Best of all, our food is intended to be shared with a group of friends.We make our own Sangria daily and last time we checked, we could count over 75 brands of tequila and mezcal behind the bar. That equals over 6, 246 margarita varieties, including all the different flavors! By the way, if you know of a tequila that we don't have and can prove it (by showing us the bottle), your next margarita is on us!
